not everybody gets so many chances to surf on the internet as others,so somebody should not complain about english departments,to be more specific,english majors,I am an english major,busy with TEM-4,so at the early time of this semester,I could not spare so much time to log on to the internet,let alone staying online,as someone said here,english department not college of english,so the number of students is poor,that is one thing,for another,in our university,english learning atmosphere is not as dense as others,what we can do now is to advertise for the importance of english,arouse those who want to learn english but are afraid of it!do it from you and me!
