生命的弟兄们，要加油啊！
今天意外的看到了中国农大生物学院的一份总结，这是他们2004年发表或被接收的第一作者或通讯作者影响因子在3以上的论文，一共是14篇。这个数字其实并不能算很突出，但西农和他们相比，差距实在是又拉大了。整个西农，2004年第一作者或通讯作者的文章一共只有30篇左右，没有影响因子大于3的文章，大于2的也只有两三篇。
文章不是唯一因素，但不可否认是一个终于评价因素。况且中国农大和清华、北大、复旦、中科院的一些所相比，也有一定的差距。
西农该动动脑子想一想，怎么才能真正把学术搞上去了。
