I am a teacher ,now working in CIE.Actually I very wanna to know my  disadvantanges about having lectures and then do my best to promote myself .I think every teacher could agree with my view.Thus the activity is the most meaningful.Besides,I 'd like to know what is the standards of an excellent teacher in your mind?By the way,I ever had principle of compiler,introduction to computer,introduction to information management and specialized English,etc.
